When I joined UnchaAi and heard about the concept of a mentor, “I personally hesitated”. Because I have experienced mentorship in School and trust me- “it was not good”. Due to this I had a different image of the term “mentoring”, but after being with UnchaAi i experienced the actual meaning of mentorship.
We take these things lightly like “kya hi fark padega kisi mentor se but bahut fark padta hai, yeh choti choti chize done by mentor like test analysis, time management, chapter guidance bahut help krti h”
I don’t use to do test analysis for our test and also wouldn’t pay attention to my mistakes that i used to do again and again. At such times a mentor being there for you to analyze you and prevent those mistakes helps you have a great edge.
