Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting the pre and post-registration information by the user ( collectively, “User Information”), UnchaAi has Automatic and standing consent from the user a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, license to use, publish, publicly display their information for promotions in all languages, forms, and media on the Site and other modes. UnchaAi reserves the right, but not the obligation, to edit, modify and/or remove their Content without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for their Content/Information.
The user is aware that:
- UnchaAi will provide its services according to the respective package (course) selected by the student and once the duration of that course is over, the student needs to renew the subscription in order to continue the services.
- The student paying the fees has consulted from his parent/guardian about the course enrollment he/she did with UnchaAi
- UnchaAi does not promise or guarantees result statisfaction in any of its subscriptions. The user is solely responsible for his/her results in any competitive exam, test, or mock test
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;

Mentorship
- UnchaAi strictly prohibits all UnchaAi users to share any personal information like Phone Number, Personal Communication Address etc.
- Platforms owned or leased by UnchaAi for exchange of UnchaAi services, should be used for discussion/information exchange/audio calls/video calls etc. which are only related to preparation of IIT JEE Exam
- UnchaAi does not allow users to use UnchaAi services for discussion/information exchange/audio calls/video calls etc. which are not related to preparation of IIT JEE Exam.
- UnchaAi does not allow users to use UnchaAi services for personal communication. If any user is found using UnchaAI services for personal communication, then UnchaAi holds the right to suspend accessibility of users to UnchaAi services without any notice.
- If any UnchaAi user contacts/communicates with other UnchaAi users with purpose which is not related to exchange of UnchaAi services, then UnchaAi holds the right to prohibit users from indulging in such communications.
- UnchaAi users are not allowed to contact other UnchaAi users after completion of their agreement with UnchaAi, without the consent of UnchaAi users.
- If any individual is found to violate any/all Terms and Conditions set by UnchaAi. Then UnchaAi holds the right to suspend accessibility of users to UnchaAi services. UnchaAi also holds the right to take legal actions against such individuals.
- Related to Consent for using Students Results for Promotional Activities : UnchaAi holds the right to use Results and Data of students who have used UnchaAi services, for its Promotional Activities without obtaining separate consent from the students.
Prices
- All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at the commencement of placing the order will apply.
- Pricing plans once changed will be applicable with immediate effect from the date of commencement to our current customers also. Once their current plan expires they (Current customers) will have to renew their subscription as per the pricing plans available on the website at that point in time.
Payment
- All our payments made on this website are processed via razorpay.
- Payments for 100% of the invoice amount must be received. EMI facilities are available with us and where available shall be specifically mentioned against the product purchase or the offer.
Refund Policy
- We have a ‘No Cancellation, No Refund’ policy
- Any of our subscriptions or products do not guarantee result satisfaction in tests or competitive exams, any claim on fee refund partial or whole is void on this basis at any point of time
